"I Received a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and a revised estimate any time we discussed and agreed to any adds. The work was done very much to my satisfaction. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed. I had a wall removed between the dining and living rooms, a dropped ceiling removed in the kitchen, several recessed lights added, and some painting. Jacob Ledesma, contractor, and I believe owner, is a consummate professional. His rates are very fair based on my research and other quotes obtained. I will use this company again for other projects and highly recommend this company"

"Professional and prompt. Just be sure to patiently detail the work you need done and ask about the extra cost to pay with a card. For us, there were rocks I asked to be removed, which then exposed a small area on both sides of the retaining wall along the stairs. Now we have a problem of potential erosion onto dirt should it rain. That wasn't included in the work order. The other thing is that some of the resurfacing work on the retaining wall began to show cracks after two days. They quickly responded and repaired. I was told we had to try to keep that area wet for it to curate since this section doesn't get a lot of sunlight. Thank you, Art and crew, for responding quickly."

The mortar between the brick joints had loosened and a tree root pressing against the brick below grade caused the wall to crack from top to bottom between my yard and the neighbors yard. "I would like to recommend J&C Lawn Service to Angie's List. On 08/31/ 2015 I contacted J&C related to a landscaping problem . Within minutes J&C Lawn Service returned my call. I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Jorge Montes within the hour, and I scheduled a second landscaping company an hour later. I needed an estimate of how much it would cost to pull weeds, clean the front yard, and repair the existing xeriscaping to the front yard. Mr. Montes made sure I understood all aspects of the repair, the amount of work the repair would entail, and the cost.
