Despite this, Bell Mechanical offered only a $300 refund following public complaints, which would only cover the fee they charged to identify the issue I had already reported. Shockingly, the technician placed a big black knife on my kitchen table just before demanding the $300 payment. They misleadingly suggest that only their service maintains warranty validity, while any licensed technician can do so. Their deceptive practices and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Avoid Bell Mechanical at all costs to protect your health, finances, and property."
