"Clayton was the handyman for our extensive rental portfolio for three years. He did everything: renovations, appliance repair, landscaping, etc. He is by far the best, most trustworthy contractor we have ever had. He has an organized mind and heart of gold. I cannot recommend him enough. It was a major loss to us when he left. Grab a hold of this guy while you can, because pretty soon he will be all booked up with other clients!"

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

The first time he cleaned my chimney, he found the reason I had water flooding down the inside of the house via the outside of the chimney. The two persons who had previously â inspected â it did not see the huge cracks in the top concrete nor the flashing around the chimney. He fixed it, and there has not been a drop of water inside the house since."

"Handy Home Repair did an excellent job with everything! They did a lot of work on our backyard, from pouring concrete, building a large garage/shop, leveling the entire yard, and building a privacy fence. The crew was not only personable, but also able to complete all of the tasks in about a week and a half, which was a huge plus for us. They worked from 8 to at least 6 nearly every day to make sure that we could have the construction complete in a reasonable time-frame. Everything was built with quality and we are so pleased with how it all turned out. Randy also made sure to come and check on everything after a week or so to make sure we were still pleased, which I personally greatly appreciated. We will definitely continue to use Handy Home Repair for future projects."
