"Reached out to Adam for a quote on getting a fence installed and heard back in less then an hour. Followed up with a call when I responded with questions. Price was outstanding and easy to schedule the work being done. Adam checked in multiple times prior to the install date to make sure we were good to go. Showed up on time and was VERY professional. Did an amazing job showing us what he did and how to use the equipment. Took all the time we needed to show us how to train our Sadie. Overall I could not be more happy with the service provided. Even after he was done I reached out to him a week later with questions and he spent the time to call my wife and answer the questions she had. "They were so nice. I originally wanted a wood fence and the two women that came out to measure mentioned it may not be allowed in my neighborhood. Well I had several other fencing companies come out and nobody mentioned it. Well they saved me a lot time and money because turns out wood wasn't allowed. So we ended up going with vinyl privacy and black aluminum. Once the materials were in they had it installed in two days. It looks so nice. They even took the extra dirt and filled in some spaces because they knew we had dogs. Great people. Made the process so easy. I would reccomend them to anyone in my area looking to have a fence put in."

"After several estimates for a driveway gate with automatic opener, I went with American because they could provide me what I needed, a solid wooden driveway gate instead of the standard aluminum other companies proposed. And I am so glad. They actually make the gate themselves so weren't bound by what was out there. From start to finish, they communicated with me and when the work actually started the guy doing it called me, introduced himself, gave me his cell number and told me was starting work by taking down the existing gate and putting in the steel posts. I told him I appreciated the heads up since I'd need to board my large dogs. He said no need to to that, he'd put up a temporary gate. I appreciated it but thought, I'd better make arrangements anyway since it would probably be the mesh type stuff my dogs could bust through or jump with ease. I got home and found hard wire fencing stapled to either side of the fence opening and six feet high. Totally secure. Did anyone really provide customer service like this anymore? Well they do at American Fence and Gate. For the next 3 days, my gate guy Ray, took down that fence, did his work and put it back up when he left, until the wood was installed on the steel frame and the job was completed. He even put my garbage can back inside the temporary fencing for me since I'd had to haul it through the house to be left out on the curb that morning. I had given up hope of ever dealing with people like this, but Milton, Eunice and Ray put their customers first. Restored my faith. Thank You."

He arrived promptly and fully explained how to address the issue the best way possible and gave me an affordable quote on the spot. He came back within two days to complete the work. "We are very pleased with this company.  Mark called about a week before our scheduled service date and said they were in the area and had time to come out that day if it was okay.  Of course I said yes and they got here not long after.  Mark was very friendly and professional. They did a very nice job on the new section of fence they added for us, and inspected repaired several loose boards.  (We had purchased a Deal for 4-hours of fence maintenance/repair for $99.)  We are considering enlarging our privacy fence to enclose our side yard and we will definitely use this company again. <br />"
