A couple of weeks ago I received a bill for $259. I called and explained the issue to someone and they promised that someone would call me back. I never heard anything so I assumed that everything was okay. I received a bill via email again this morning. I wrote back explaining my problem. I got a return email with no explanation and they attached the same bill again. Am I to assume that they are not honoring their promise?"

Then, they mailed me an extra bill for 100$ for "employee time" when they stated their initial bill was all inclusive. Absolutely ridiculous overcharging."
