I have a rental property in South Nashville and needed a large maple tree in my front yard fertilized and several large/tall dead branches removed. Set an appointment for them to come take a look. The guy arrived on time, seemed knowledgeable, worked out what needed to be done, said he'd send me a proposal that evening, and that I'd be on the schedule in a few weeks. All seemed professional and going well. He never reached back out. I followed up a few days later via email and no response either. Unfortunately, in today's world full of unreliable contractors, you often get ghosted, ignored, and forgotten about. This wasn't a HUGE job per se, but definitely several hundreds dollars or more worth of work. Too many companies like these out there that get away with poor service. I choose to have my business earned by a company who respects my time and needs."
