"All Paws Animal Control came out to try and helped with an opening in side walls underneath that's where animals were getting in and they did remove a dead possum but that was pretty expensive because he came a couple of different times and I want to say it was almost $435. <br /> <br /> I would tell others probably to use Tennessee Trappers instead. They didn't really solve the problem and investigate enough. We had to then go to Tennessee Trappers and they discovered that there are some stones under there as well."

"Around 6pm on a Monday night we heard thrashing and animal growling coming from inside the basement wall of our house.  Further investigation revealed there was an opossum holed up in there.  Exploring the yard revealed a second possum that seemed to be trying to climb in with the first one. We called Animal Pros and they answered immediately, offering to come out that very night and remove the opossum.  They confirmed over the phone that they would charge a flat rate for the visit regardless of how many animals they found, which got my attention right away because other animal removal companies often charge a base rate for coming out and additional charges per animal.  I've heard of people paying $400 base rate and then $60 per animal, whereas Animal Pros were ready to come out and remove every creature they could find for $250.  Austyn arrived within 20 minutes of our call - very impressive, especially late notice on a weeknight!  He was professional and friendly, and made us feel we were in good hands right from the start.  He quickly removed both opossums without causing any undue damage to the basement wall, then proceeded to discover and remove two other opossums who had been hiding in the same area but hadn't drawn attention to themselves by yowling or thumping around.  FOUR OPOSSUMS.  And he took less than 30 minutes to get them out!  I can't express the sudden transformation from horror and chagrin when we discovered our basement was infested with opossums to relief and joy when they were instantly, cheaply, and professionally removed by hands-down one of the nicest, politest, most efficient  home maintenance professionals I have ever encountered.  If I ever have the tiniest bit of trouble with critters in future I'm calling Animal Pros ASAP, and I'll recommend them above all others to anyone with pest problems."

"Once the work started, it went quickly and seems to be well done. It took a long time to get the work started because it kept raining. It would have been nice if they had kept me informed regularly but I always had to call them. That said, the guy is really nice and always called or texted right back. When a squirrel showed up in the trap on the house, they removed it right away, but then left the empty trap for many weeks before removing it. I think they do good work and seem to be much in demand but are very disorganized in terms of scheduling and communications."

"They are awesome. I've been taking them there ever since I got my first beagle and now, I got another, and I take them both. I put them in doggy day care, so they can play with other puppies. My older beagle acted sick as he wasn't eating, they sent him to my vet, and determined it was just his nerves. They watch the dogs house, keep it clean, feed them breakfast and dinner, and take them in and out. They care about the animals, make sure they have their medication, and will bathe them if you ask. They give them deer antlers, I've never found them anywhere else, they're like bones, and they cut them in certain lengths and sizes and the dogs like to chew on them. That's the only place around here that has them. I give them the highest ratings and will continue to take my dogs there in the future."
