The staff are owner, Kyle, are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. One small area next to the driveway was missed or not as thoroughly done as the rest of the property. Once notified, Edward's was very ameniable to correcting the issue. A little bit of follow up was required to get it completed, but there were apologies and a quick response."

"Pro Lawn Plus came out several times to treat our yard before winter and once so far in the new year. Our yard is looking better than it did and promises to look far better once spring rolls in and new growth happens. They did a soil analysis and recommended treatment options based on that. We did have a previous lawn company that we stopped using as their treatments were less effective and despite extra visits the weeds were still present. Pro-Lawn Plus has done a great job and we are happy with their service. We really like the fact that they are locally owned and operated. When we called to discuss/set up service, they really listened to what we said as opposed to assuming what we were going to say then offered several options with no pressure to commit at that moment. They have also checked in with us requesting feedback to ensure we are happy with their service."

This time the overgrowth from the trees hanging over the back fence not only made the property unsightly but also made it impossible to mow close to the back fence without getting assaulted by tree limbs and branches. "It went pretty good. It's our fault, we should have watched what they were doing because he sprayed fertilizer on the trees while our pool was open. We had to redo all the water in our poor. But, my husband said it really wasn't his fault, we should have kept our pool closed. Otherwise, they worked for us for years and they have always been good. They're always reasonable. Their price was reasonable."

"Cand S Lawncare comes to my house on a weekly basis to mow our lawn. They are always on time and if it happens to be raining on my usual lawn day, the come out the very next clear day. Dealing with the owner, Chris is a pleasant experience and he is always available to answer questions, help with any issues that may arise, etc. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; for quality is because we've had to tell them on several occasions to mow along where our property line actually is and not where they think it might be and because I often see some missed areas of trimming under the large pine trees along our fence.
