I do all of my own work....No employees....I do minor Electrical and plumbing,but will sub-out bigger jobs to qualified electricians and/or plumbers.

If the end date of the project needs to be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or material delays, a revised contract will be signed by both parties reflecting this change.
