Misha has excellent management skills and communication skills - his team worked with full safety being tied to the roof—very comfortable for us and for HRE managers! The team spent a full day and finished with the clean surface (see attached photo) and clean yard. I thought the price was fair. The quality was very good. It was just 1 person and it took between 7 and 8 hours. He cleaned up everything, swept everything, as a matter of fact, I had to tell him to stop, that I would finish up. 

In my opinion, the best thing he did was the actual repairing the wall, recaulking the wall. He had to recaulk it a couple of times. Then he sanded it in between. He couldn't sand the last time because it was still wet, so I did that.
