"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area. 
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.? 
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details. 
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. 
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. 
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. 
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.

"Jose called me promptly and look at the tree to be removed on Sunday in Mccordsville/Fishers. He called me back with an estimate. I then asked for another tree to be removed as well. They came two days later on time. Remove both trees and did cleanup and even clean the debris from our neighbor's drive. Also they checked and cleaned the gutters. Good job guys"

"We hired MG Landscaping and Irrigation to do a large landscaping project around our pool. The project involved removal of many trees and plantings, ornamental grasses, and pool decking to create a new landscape with a retaining wall, new plantings, a fire pit, proper drainage, landscape lighting and pavers where the pool deck was. That project was finished in December 2017 and is simply wonderful. We then asked them to come back and landscape the front of our home, to update the look and remove some difficult species. That project was completed in July, 2018. In fact, during the second project, they noted a few plantings from the first project that failed to take, and replaced those for free without being asked. For both projects, Chris took care of issues and deficiencies with our irrigation system as well. Overall, MG Landscape & Irrigation was awesome. There are not enough superlatives in our vocabulary to express our pleasure with their work. Key points are expertise, experience, addressing unseen issues with irrigation and electrical, design (Chris has a degree in horticulture and landscape design from Purdue), responsiveness, communication, and customer service. The main reason for these projects was to restore the look of our property and eliminate the tiresome, days-long annual event of trimming and clean-up. Today, Chris and one other worker performed the fall clean up in less than 2 hours; simply awesome! We will only go to MG Landscape & Irrigation for my landscape and irrigation needs.
