"Overall, it went well. This project involved not only the sump pump drains, but also improvements to downspouts drainage and adding a drain to an area of our backyard where water runs off a hill. It involved removing rocks from a landscaped dry creek drainage area and placing a large drain pipe to handle the volume of water from both the sump pump and the hillside. When I advised them that the end of the drainage pipe at the street was not placed in the best location, the owner of the company came out and found a good solution and the staff corrected the problem very promptly.
