Quite honest and explicit about what could be expected in some areas sure to old damage. The only reason to knock off half a star is the quarter round, it doesn't quite match the floors and in some areas stands out. On the other hand, they did an amazing job matching some existing pine to my oak so we got a winner. The floors look absolutely lovely and i am quite happy Shelley was able to help this old home's character shine! I will have her back for more work later in other areas of the house."
