"Nick and Andre from Raen Construction repaired my wood deck today and power washed my fence. They were professional and efficient, they communicated with me, as we had to wait for a few days of no rain to sand the deck. They replaced 6 boards and stained and sealed, and it looks awesome. I highly recommend them and I plan to use them again for more work that needs to be done in my home."

"I had a water pressure problem in my hot water faucets in kitchen and powder room. They tracked down the problem and repaired it . They also replaced a portion of a worn out leaky pipe under my sink. Very professional and pleasant and honest. Price was very fair. I highly recommend them and will use them again and refer them to others."

"Great contractor- friendly, on time and works well with the customer! Three jobs done this 2nd time hiring Tim: repair a ceiling, stucco work and kitchen floor tile. Reasonable rates would hire again. Highly recommended"

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."

"I highly recommend Neil's Construction. The company is easy to communicate with. The reconstructional repairs were excellent. I like the quality and craftsmanship that was applied to the task. I will definitely hire Neil's Construction again and again."

"Matthew and his crew were amazing. First of all, the price quote was half the other guys. Then, they did the job and wow! Excellent quality, over-delivered, and left the site as clean as when they arrived. His guys were fearless - like on the edge of my roof 2-stories up, no ladder, kneeling down and not a shimmy, shake, or wobble. They knocked it out in an afternoon. I will most definitely give this crew more work. I've already recommended him to my brother and a friend. Finally, a contractor who kept his word, did more than promised and left a positive impression."
