"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. Earlier that morning, I spoke with someone from another company that was going to charge $375 for an appointment within 24 hours as an 'emergency service call'. The emergency service call would include an inspection of the damage and an estimate for work that would be performed in ~ 10 days. A tarp could be placed as temporary remediation to prevent damage with the forecasted rain, and the cost would be included when the work was subsequentally performed."
