The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements.
