There is a reason that this company has a perfect approval rating. Debbie, who handles the scheduling, was also efficient and professional. And Duane wore a mask."

"It went wonderful. Larry cleaned and sealed my granite counter top and caulk on 2/21/22. For some reason the sealant did not go as well as I had hoped. Contacted Larry 2/22/22 and sent pictures, he responded right away and came back. He stripped the sealant off and rebuffed my counter tops. They look like glass. It appears black counter tops are very dense and don't always take to the sealant - no excuses from Larry, he just worked to please. He fixed a scratch as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family."

Even with the different issues we experienced with the vendor products he kept his composure and worked with us on timing as we waiting for new parts to be delivered. After the work was complete I can't believe that we ever functioned in this home with only two bathrooms. Working from home was never anything I ever imagined but to now have a full bathroom in the basement right across from my office has been extremely convenient.
