"I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."

"I hired Apex Maintenance Group for furniture assembly, and unfortunately, I?m very disappointed. The team was professional, kind, and respectful, which I appreciated. However, the quality of work did not match. I paid a significant amount, and the job was not completed properly. Two desks were assembled incorrectly, and one was damaged because a drill was used despite instructions, leaving a hole through the top. There were also many loose screws left on the floor, raising concerns about the work. I was told one item had no instructions, which was not true. The job took much longer than expected and still was not finished?I had to complete items myself and clean up. I would rate this 2 stars based only on their professionalism. The system will not allow me to upload the photo showing the screw coming through the desk. Overall, while the team was pleasant to work with, the execution and final results were not acceptable, especially given the cost."
