"Mr Raygozza was hired to supply labor to repair dry rot in a bathroom floor, install a new angle stop for the new toilet, install new sub floor and put down linoleum squares. He also repaired the lower bathroom. The drywall needed to be replace from water damage from the upper toilet. He installed a new vanity, sink and fixtures. He replaced the angle stops for the sink and put down linoleum squares on the floor. My 33 year old son assisted in anything Mr  Raygozza needed. Parts running, painting, cleaning etc. Mr Raygozza did an excellent job. He showed up on time, performed the task that we talked about and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner. I hesitated to give him a good review, because I didn't want him to get to busy to work for me again. I have work at my residence that I will definitely be using  his services again. <br />"

"Excellent services from beginning to end of project.  The owner Bryant Rose helped me with design decisions, colors and worked very hard to give me what I wanted and stayed within my budget.  My 66 year old house had some major problems, rotted floors and a previous addition with concrete foundation connected to the original pier and beam structure,  the two floors had separated over the years. THIS WAS MAJOR, but BR Construction solved the problem and now I have beautiful, sound tile floors. <br /> I lived in the home during the remodel  and while I don't recommend it, it  wasn't too bad.  The crews were always on time, knew what they were doing, always on schedule and cleaned the site every day before they left for the day.  Seriously, these guys worked so hard and everyone was so professional. I just can't say enough about this company.  I now have a beautiful recomfigured kitchen with custom cabinets, tile backsplash, granite countertops and tile flooring.  The bathrooms which also had their share of issues are now gorgeous with beautiful tile surrounds, tile floors and all new tubs, sinks, vanities and lighting . <br /> There was a little of everything in this project and I am very, very happy with the results. "The car arrived in pristine condition and on time. The driver was professional and friendly. My only concern was lack of communication once the car left the dealership. The dealership called me to tell me the car was picked up and then I heard nothing until a knock on the door from the driver of the transport truck. Since the car arrived within 24 hours of leaving MD, the communication part wasn't a big deal. On a longer cross country trip that would have been a concern. Overall very pleased and would definitely hire again"

"After a home invasion this Christmas, I called Andy again to get his help with repairing a door that had been broken during the robbery. He came out that day and evaluated the situation and was able to repair the door temporarily to make sure the door could be secured. He evaluated the job and within the next couple of days I got a bid.  <br /> I have an older house with the issues that come with age.  The door repairs were complicated by a deck and other changes that had been made during the years. The threshold was rotted as well as the damage from the robbery.  The door had an inch and a half gap at the bottom caused by a floor repair done by another company.  I had been using a rolled up towel to prevent the winter winds and bugs from coming in.    The cost to pull and replace the door our would have been more than I could have afforded.  Andy assessed the situation and was able to engineer a repair to the threshold, door, and replace the screen door and close the gap at the bottom.  He added a plate at the bottom of the old door to add additional security.  <br /> The repair exceeded all expectations and I was so pleased.  What was old and broken is now secure and safe.  Andy was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond in assuring the job was done well.  Andy is skilled and committed to doing quality work.  I highly recommend him for any contracting work.  As a consumer, it is wonderful to have someone with his skills, integrity and commitment to quality work available when help is needed.  <br />"
