Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

Service First Plumbing. was able to send out a plumber in about 15 minutes of my phone call to them. They were quick, courteous, and cost less than the other companies. The plumber not only unclog my toilet, he also replaced the flapper at no extra charge. He explained to me that we have hard water in this area and that flappers needed to be changed about once a year.
