Refuses to repair the ruts in my yard for one excuse after another, AFTER he agreed to fix my yard. I agreed to pay for soil and he still has not done the work. Approximately one-month-old patio already has cracks, water puddles in numerous areas that are on top of the patio floor not being level. I asked for a smooth finish with just enough texture to keep it from being slippery when wet. I cannot accept being left to pay for work that he agreed to do as I have his texts to prove that he agreed then he started making excuses. He went so far as to ask ME how many yards of dirt I needed, which I could not answer due to it not being my line of work. I paid in full for the job based on his word that it would be completed to my satisfaction."
