"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

"Great experience having my 19yr old tile roof redone , , Bill came out gave me a quote for repairing existing flaws or having entire roof redone stating it had 1.5 yrs left on the paper. So my choice , I did the entire roof where he used better product than the original and replaced broken tiles with a warranty.Very happy finished on time and did everything stated in quote. "What we appreciated most about ON THE SPOT was that when Austin, the owner, came out the first time, after he personally checked the roof he gave us a full report. He even offered to replace two skylights free of charge, which were in bad shape (but we didn't know that). We had another company come out for a 2nd estimate. One large white man stayed on the ground in his truck but sent the Spanish worker up on the roof. When he came down all he did was give the measurements of the roof. No other information about the condition or broken skylight or cracks around the AC. By the way, they gave a cheaper quote but it turned out they were only going to put down a plastic coat and no foam. That's why we chose ON THE SPOT. What's more Austin, the Boss, returned all phone calls promptly in person, unheard of today. The company did the work in record time and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy as the foam roof will make our AC 30%-40% more efficient. Only one thing confused us. Because we chose from Home Advisor website we read we were getting a 15% discount. We did not.
