"She said that she couldn’t do the deal for the price I paid for the deal. She said she'd cancel the deal and she'd just sell me a different deal. The quality of the work was poor, and the owner came back herself and worked for 6 hours; she raised the quality of the work to OK. It was frustrating overall, but she did come the next day as I was trying to get the house ready to show."

"Anastatia was awesome!! I contacted her on very short notice to do a move-out clean of a rental home. She showed up the same day, quoted me a very fair price, and started working on the house that evening. The house needed a major deep clean, with a hard deadline for the following day. Anastatia ended up cancelling plans she had made prior so she could stay and work the entire next day to make sure the job was done on time.
