"I hired him to re-build our deck, this was a forty two thousand dollar deck. He mostly completed the job, but the inspector failed it due to the railing not being compliant on the stairs. He kept promising to get it resolved, but nothing was ever done. So I have a really expensive deck that never passed inspection, he has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. Now the fasica boards are buckling and pulling away from the deck, and he is not responding to that either. The railings were not installed per the instructions and droop in several places, I had to fix a few spots that were looking terrible. The railings were not even close to correct on the stairs. I would avoid this company, but if you do use them, ensure absolutely everything is done, permits finalized prior to making final payment."

"Mitch came right out, gave a fair price on fixing the roof. Said he also guaranteed his work. He did cancel due to the weather and could not make it out for several days after that but that was not that big of a deal. Came out when he said he would and did the work. We did not have an issue until my husband messaged him and let him know the roof was better but still leaking in a spot . Mitch said it was from the window which he may be right in one spot near the floor but it was still leaking from the roof and going down the wall. This was our complaint from the beginning. So it was still leaking just not as bad. We sent him video of the issue and told him my husband would be home all that week until the following Tuesday. He said he could not come out until Monday which was a bit frustrating for my husband but thought maybe he was just that busy. Monday came and went. Needless to say he never showed or contacted us to let us know. he could not make it. So much for guaranteed work."
