They also put in a driveway apron and a pad outside the garage that I store my trailer on. I expect when I hire contractors to have them cut corners and provide estimates for every little change. Matt was different and did things without adding extra cost when things were not as planned. I installed the trench drain myself and after they got the old floor out he left the tools and parts I would need to install the trench before they pored the concrete and walked me through what I would need to do in order to have the best install.
