"Raymond met with the insurance guy three days, (Sunday morning), after a hail storm did a number on our neighborhood. He negotiated with the adjuster for the better materials and replacement metals. Raymond educated the claims guy on state/local codes required that the adjuster was unaware of, but agreed to include. He contacted a city inspector immediately; acquired the permit. <br /> On Tuesday, two days later, our roof was replaced. Cleaned up great. Of the hundreds of damaged roofs in the area, none were completed with such expedition. <br /> Raymond has been patient in receiving payments as my insurance company dragged its feet on issuing all the checks.
