"I can't thank Edwin enough for going above and beyond the job of installing my new storm door. What I thought would be relatively simple turned out to be quite time consuming. I had problems with the existing door frame because of some minor foundation issues. Although the door was installed correctly, there were so many gaps because of the imperfect existing door frame. Edwin and his assistant, Juan, both worked tirelessly and methodically to get the job done to HIS standards which is really rare these days. People are just used to doing what they are paid to do and move on. Not Edwin. Even though he was sick and very much under the weather, he knew that this installation was important to me because of my rising heat bill. He came in anyway and worked tirelessly in the cold weather to make sure everything was up to standard and indeed, it was above and beyond my expectations.
