He and his team worked very hard day to day and also had very good manners. This was a big job - garage floor, corner lot with lots of sidewalks (personal walkways too) and spruced up front steps. My husband and I both agreed on 4 stars (which on this scale reads as good and 5 stars read as great but to me 4 stars = great and 5 = excellent). "I’ve used this service for three years and my lawn looks worse than it ever has. I wouldn’t leave this review, but unfortunately after being threatened to be taken to small claims court over $68 I feel the need to share my story. I received a letter last fall saying they were switching over to ACH, in order to continue service you had to update your account with ACH info. I thought, great! I don’t want to continue because my lawn looks terrible after 3 years of using them so I won’t update to ACH. Fast forward to spring 2022, someone comes and does first round and leaves an invoice. I email and say I was surprised to see the invoice (since I hadn’t updated to ACH payments) and honestly my lawn is awful and I don’t want the service. They say I had to provide 30 day written notice to cancel. Invoice is still due. I asked someone to come look at my lawn, no one comes. I call them a couple months later because my lawn looks EVEN WORSE if possible.. (huge thistles, weeds of every variety) I tell them I do not feel that I should have to pay this invoice for a service I didn’t expect to receive on top of the fact that 3 years of service has clearly not been effective. I showed pictures since no one would come out.. literally all I get in response is a threat to take me to small claims court if the invoice isn’t paid. Like after all the money I had already paid wasn’t enough, they really want to fight a customer over $68 rather than trying to mend a situation. All in all, they don’t care about you or the service they provide."

"I hired this company to repair hail damage on my home in 2023. The job was to replace the roofs on my house and garage as well as siding and gutters on my house. Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. Communication was lacking and they tried to charge me way more than what my insurance scope was. I had to get a lawyer involved. He sued me and we went to court. I won my case in February 2025 and I am still waiting to be paid the money I am owed. I do not recommend this company, buyer beware."

"Shawn doesn't live up to his promises. My tree was removed by excellent tree clmber who was to lower the branches by rope but, since Shawn forgot to tell him that the lawn was damaged. Promise broken. Tree stump was to be ground out and dirt added to fill hole. Stump is still above the ground surface so no dirt was added. Shawn left alot of saw dust over the stump to disguise this fact. Another promise broken. When I got ahold of Shawn he said that he did a great job and will not even come back to look at the stump that is a tripping, mowing hazard. Shawn will make alot of excuses after he says the job is done. Also a couple of limbs were left behind in the clean up but Shawn said how does he know that they were not already there."

"Ben knows what he's doing! He's the best in the business. He goes above and beyond for his clients. His prices are very fair compared to others I've dealt with in my 1926 home. After the Derecho, we discovered my chimney had shifted. He came in and rebuilt it. It is a real beauty now. He ended up doing chimney and masonry work for a lot of the neighbors on my street after the Derecho. Free estimates are a bonus too. I highly recommend him."
