As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected. "Mr. Hilbert and an employee came to my house on a Thursday and on time for the estimate.  He walked around the house and explained the repairs needed for each problem.  On Saturday he sent an email with the full estimate.  Mr. Hilbert did the roofing work on the first day.  I left a signed copy of the estimate by the door and no one was at home.  The next two days I was at home during the drywall work.  The second day was spent fixing the drywall and a coat of primer.  The final day was spent adding several coats of paint and additional primer.  Mr. Hilbert and an employee took the time to cover the floor and cabinets before painting.  They took time to cleanup each day.  He swept the floor in the living room too.  Mr. Hilbert charged the estimated price for the job and left the leftover paint."
