There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! So I will not be recommending Royal Landscapes."
