"I work overnight and contacted The Mulch Barn via their website in the middle of the night.  I had used them before and had forgotten how much supply I needed from my prior order and I was requesting the same amount of product.  The owner wrote me an email first thing in the morning and had looked up my previous order and let me know the amount I had ordered before and confirmed my request.  He put in my order immediately so I would be able to get the delivery the day that I needed it.  He asked that I confirm via phone, which I did and the delivery went smoothly and they showed up exactly when they said they would.  I sleep during the day due to working nightshift...I just instructed them where to dump the mulch and they delivered it while I was sleeping.
