On my project, Dan was not only my concrete expert, but also my excavator, my exterior designer, and my mentor in how to shape my outdoor paradise, ensuring every aspect was done with intention. "Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days."

"It was okay. The company sent 2 techs. They could’ve come before it turned dark. The deal was supposed to include weeding, and other services. They had to leave 20 minutes early which was 40 minutes for the 2 workers. Scheduling was fine and the leaf removal was excellent. However, I'd specified on my order some additional bush trimming, and that didn't get done."

"Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."
