"Big shout out to John and his team at High Tech Roofing. We called for an estimate on a Tuesday and had a new roof in place by Friday. John's estimate was detailed and fair, and when he knew we were anxious to get it done quickly, he volunteered to pick up the shingles same day instead of waiting for the normal three day delivery. His crew, led by Jimmy, was terrific, and they managed to get the roof replaced and everything cleaned up in one day (and a short one at that given it was December). John was super helpful and explained everything along the way, and was also very accessible throughout. We would highly recommend!"

"A good, solid roof from a good solid company! Cwanger has been an institution in the Cherry Hill area for generations. The company is being capably guided into the 21st century by Jeff Grimley, an associate and protege of the founding family. This is the second roof I have had done by this company, and I believe the third this home has had from Cwanger over the course of 60 years. (The former roof was due for replacement due to the age and appearance of the shingles, however it never leaked or needed repair--a testament to why I am loyal to this company.). Mr. Grimley is the only roofer I dealt with who had a confident, no-nonsense approach to our roofing needs. He guided us away from certain, more expensive options that we did not need, and towards the right roofing solutions for both longevity and proper roof ventilation. Cwangers was not the lowest estimate, but overall was a fair-market price for a company with a fine record and quality workmanship. The work crew also seemed very professional and satisfied in their endeavors. [I intentionally write this review several months after installation. The roof has come through several storms, including a recent wind storm with no problems, whatsoever.]"

"Fabiano and his team were great. They were very understanding about our anxious rescue dog and let us Introduce them to our dog before they began work. They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. The finished molding looks stunning. would definitely hire again!"

"Dino turned an incredibly stressful situation with my flat roof and made me feel at ease. My tenants sent me video of it effectively raining in the house and now it’s dry as a bone. Dino had excellent communication and the job was completed quickly and professionally. He was able to fix my roof before hurricane Ida hit and saved my building from a total loss. Due to his experience, I wound up saving a ton of money. My regular contractor thought the roof needed to be replaced, but Dino said it only needed a restoration and wound up saving me thousands and guaranteed his work. "My bathroom remodeling experience was unexpectedly pleasant, and I owe a great deal of gratitude to the guys from Score Construction. I had a rough idea going in of what I wanted my mother's new bathroom to look like, but it was mostly just conjecture and hand-waving, needless to note I'm the type of guy who needs a gal that's mechanically inclined, because I'm far from it. Before starting the project, I had three contractors come and take a look at the bathroom (I also had two contractors who could only give me quotes over the phone, they were cheaper than the quotes I received in person, and I think it's very obvious why). They were all very professional in their conduct, but what set SCORE apart from the rest was their willingness to hear me out. I drew diagrams of what I wanted the bathroom to look like, and SCORE (in particular Janusz, though his partner was commendable as well) took the time to analyze my thoughts line by line. For my wishes that were feasible, they explained exactly how they would accomplish it, and for some of my ideas that were either too expensive or impossible considering the layout of the bathroom, they suggested revisions that were in line with the overall design (her bathroom is roughly 100 sq ft, so there was ample space for design). My only complaint about the other contractors was that they did not respect my ideas enough, not that they were rude in any way, but it felt to me as if the design was already established according to their desires, and it was me that was going to have to come around to their way of thinking. Admittedly, I have no design experience, but this is my project and my money so I figured that the hired hands should be a little understanding when it comes to my wishes. The guys at SCORE were more than understanding, and it showed itself in the final product. Once all the preliminaries were settled, the actual construction began and it was completed in two weeks. They adjusted their work schedule around my availability (if I was free and let them work straight w/o any days off I imagine it would have been done much sooner). They did a very professional job, and I'm very glad to have had such an easygoing remodeling experience. Mum's happy, so I'm happy. -Ali"
