"Jay did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the floor tile grout in my kitchen and hall.  Price was very reasonable and Jay explained exactly what he was going to do.  He tested the tile so as to choose the best cleaning product for my grout.  He called to say he would be 15 min late and I told him not to rush.  He is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning as well and I learned some new info.
He also tried to save me money by suggested I may not need to seal grout, but I felt that I would like to have it done anyway and he did an excellent job.  He works quickly and is very careful not to damage or dirty anything-wearing protective clothing..
I believe I spoke with his Mom to set up the appointment - she worked very hard to fit me in soon as my house was going on the market for sale and I got an estimated price immediately for additional work I added.
