He was very professional and courteous, but then he was a few days late in getting the revised estimate for several projects that he had promised "tomorrow" The estimate was much higher than previously estimated--this is just for the prior quoted work--and it seemed like they thought they could just get me for a huge order when I wanted to do this in stages as my budget could allow. At that point, I just felt that this was not going to ever be a good fit. I was willing to postpone a decision on the first project because of some other budget issues, but by then I had gotten another quote that seemed attractive, and the estimator and I connected immediately. In fairness, although I did not contract with Silver Oaks, I think they have the experience to do a fine job on gutter installation."
