"Zachary Gongora is the most incompetent little POS I have had the pleasure of hiring for my pool maintenance . He would constantly postpone my pool maintenance due to him being behind and working multiple jobs. My pool turned green twice under the few months he worked on my pool. The second time he didn?t come for two weeks, and the entire pool turned green. When I confronted him over the phone regarding his family situation and why he didn?t have a backup for my pool, he hung up and quit on me without fixing my pool. I had already PAID for a full month of service and a filter clean. He said it would take him 12 days to turn the pool blue! And he quit without doing any of that. New company came the day after and told me how badly he?s been screwing up: not backwashing for a while (even though I paid for filter clean 3 months ago), my chemicals all wrong (really high CPA), etc. The new company got my pool blue within 24 hours! Zachary Gongora is a goddamn crook. A loser. Never hire! "

Our pool has a huge oak tree that is maliciously unkind during late spring. When he returned a second time the next day to make sure he got all the leaf debris out I knew he cared about us as customers. Always on time and reliable with smile. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a dependable pool cleaner."
