"It was awesome! He did an incredible job. I bought a house from an estate that needed updating and repairs and he brought it to a GEM! Great workmanship, easy to work with making design decisions, speedy getting it done, and brought this huge! Project in under budget. I do SO wish we had taken pictures from beginning to end. We took down walls to open the place up and the popcorn ceiling that my darling husband INSISTED had to stay got matched exactly so you would never know the walls had been removed. Now the place is so open and full of light. Joshua even made a cabinet door to match one that was damaged and we could not find a match. Figured out how to fit a second “lazy susan” cabinet into the kitchen AND made a custom ‘niche’ above the refrigerator cabinet that is usually wasted , can’t reach it storage space. Oh, and in the laundry room he built a storage platform for our front loading laundry pair that is gorgeous and outperforms and was less expensive than the metal ones you buy.
