"I needed assistance with repairing an exterior house door. I contacted KMA Home Improvement and was informed that Kris could be at my house in half an hour to assess the door and inform me of cost. He was very prompt, looked at the door and told me he had the tools, the knowledge and the time to fix the door. I was estactic and of course said yes. Job was completed and he showed me how everything worked and cleaned up. Very professional and kind. I will contact this company again when I need some work done at my home."

They were very professional and we’re servicing me in the mist of the COVID-19 crisis. They practice social distancing so obviously very aware of what was going on around them. "I was looking to have a window screen replaced. Dave answered the initial email through Home Advisor by calling me immediately. He then came to give me an estimate within 24 hours. The price was very reasonable, work was completed within 2 days, and quality was excellent. Dave was easy to get hold of by phone and he came when he promised he would. "Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."
