"This was a fairly complicated job as the lock and doorknob on a sunroom metal door were out of alignment due to movement of structure. There was very little wiggle room to align the door so that it closed with ease without major reconstruction/removal of the door itself. The technican was awesome. He worked for several hours and replaced and realigned things till everything worked perfectly. Door seals properly, lock works fluidly and door handle closes without any exertion. "They did a good job with the squirrel service. Couple of years ago we had had bats in the chimney and they did repairs on that just beyond warranty. This summer the bats have returned so we have to do that again. In terms of price, I do not have anything to compare him to so I do not know.
