One of the neighbor's tree branches fell and broke the topper on one of our fence posts. The lady on the phone was polite and scheduled the tech to come out and fix it. "Installation was fine but the fence has worn in 5 years and the gates are out of alignment. We requested an inspection and repair at our cost 2 weeks ago. We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."
