"Call H.M. Staggers for a quote for some tuck pointing for a very small job. I called a few places before using home advisor but because the job was so small their minimum charge of 500/600 was going to be more the the actual work should cost. I appreciated their honestly but I still needed the work done and by someone who knows what they are doing which is not me. Since the problem was above a window I was very worried about rain getting in and wanted it done professionally and quickly. Henry responded quickly and was able to come out within 2 days! They showed up to do the work as promised and it looks great! They were very reasonably priced and had no issue with how big or small the project was and didn't say anything about a minimum charge. "After receiving two other estimates for tuck-pointing work needed on our small (7 unit) condo building, we decided to go with North Shore. The owner of the company, Les, came out personally and provided what I felt was an honest assessment of our issues (we were experiencing increasing ceiling leaking in the top floor units). He was clear to say he would not be the least expensive nor the most expensive, and he was correct. He got us on the schedule quickly and was in constant contact on when his team would arrive as weather was an issue. His team was courteous and left the work site clean. Shortly after the work was completed we had a huge storm, and we are happy to report did not experience any leaks. We plan on working with North Shore again come spring to complete our remaining tuck-pointing projects."
