If I hadn?t reached out, it?s unclear whether we would have been notified at all?likely a no-show. Their lack of communication and last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and delays. Lesson learned: Don?t rely on their word or schedule. There are plenty of other contractors who are professional, reliable, and communicative?avoid this company if you want your project completed on time."

Bob came over and did a very comprehensive consultation, then offered his ideas of various ways the project could be approached, giving a couple of different cost options so I could choose what fit my budget. I appreciated that. My outdoor project was completed in November during a very rainy season, but they worked around that and got it done successfully. They communicate well, calling and returning calls promptly. If you are lucky enough to be able to hire Shannon to do any painting for you, you will be very happy.
