Customer service is great - we had a strand of LED lights act up right after installation and they were right out to replace the strand. After the job was complete I called him regarding another concern I had which I thought was related to the work he did. Told me the cost would be $40 for the service call and $35 to repair the broken lock. Fixed the lock in his truck and was back in 10 minutes. Reinstalled the lock, accepted my check and was gone all in about 15 minutes. Ryan was extremely polite and gave me advise to not use graphite in the lock. WD40 only!"
