"It went as planned and I love our house. We had master bedroom, office , laundry addition done and kitchen remodel with floors done. Would not have anyone else’s do work in my home. They were professional did fantastic work and friendly. Love my house now just what we ask for and better. I would recommend to all looking for great contractors."

"He went above and beyond what was expected, showed up early and worked late, when unexpected things came up in the project he handled them professionally, optimistic attitude, easy to communicate with, quick to reply to our e-mails and phone calls. Our kitchen turned out better than I could have ever expected! He is even doing a bathroom for my mother-in-law which is how much I trust him. He is wonderful. He is a great hard worker who really takes pride in his work and are very happy we hired him. We have other plans in the future for him to do work and he is a GREAT improvement over the quality of any previous builders we have had. He even held my toddler when I needed to tend to other items! He is amazing."

"We had a bad problem with carpenter bees in unfinished cypress soffits and siding of our home, so needed repairs, many holes treated and filled in, and painting. Steve Garner and his Value Added Constuction company offered the most value for our money with a lower bid, prompt polite attention and service, and help with several repairs other than the great paint job on exterior of our home. When we had trouble deciding on a color, he even had a decorator come help us...and love the result. They followed up later with touchups associated with the bee hole problem in a very polite and prompt manner. We would definitely recommend them."

"Ann and Shane were great about communicating the steps and schedule of the project. Everyone was very respectful of our home while they were working. They did a great job and we are so happy with the final result. We LOVE our new bathroom."

"I purchased a backsplash deal.  There were customizations that increased the price, but all was explained and we still received a fair price.  Our kitchen backsplash looks phenomenal!"

"The actual roofing job in 2014 went fine. We were pleased with the initial work and the price. However, the company’s follow up is sorely lacking. They responded when we had a concern about some of the new roofing within a couple of weeks. Our second issue it took much longer to get a response from them. Now in 2019, we have been trying to get them to come and check out our roof for hail damage. We can’t get anyone to call us. Just some texts and passing off of responsibility. Their customer service is poor."

"Mike was very good to work with, professional, timely and considerate. Mike used top notch contractors and our home was completely stick built, no prefab trusses were used. Our custom built home is beautiful with details that compliment each room and the outside as well. Mike made suggestions we didn't think about and the outcome was perfect. We highly recommend Mike for your build."
