"They showed up within the time frame given.  They were very professional.  I had also asked that they clean 2 sofa's.  They told me that they could clean them but they probably wouldn't "come clean" very much, because of the cotton fabric.  I appreciated his honesty. <br />"

"They were a little delayed in their arrival time but let me know in advance that they were still working at another job. <br /> At the end of this summer rental season we had more than the usual spots on the carpet, especially in one particular room. All of the carpets cleaned up very well except that one room. The carpet initially looked clean but some ghost spots returned, which they said might happen. I believe problem in cleaning this one carpet was not due to Chem Dry's lack of effort but rather the age of the carpet and the degree of the stains. <br /> I mentioned I expected to have to replace the carpet in that one room given the renter damage and they even were helpful in suggesting carpet types to consider and carpet types to avoid for the best results in removing spots. <br /> I will certainly use Chem Dry in the future as they are thorough, a family owned business with very pleasant attitudes and very knowledgeable about the proper process to use for various types of carpet. <br /> <br />"

"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. Have been very pleased with the product performance and the advice provided by OdorXit. I highly recommend these products."
