"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "We really wanted to install a wood fence, although with the current pandemic situation it is not obtainable right now. However, they did an awesome job repairing our current fencing in two separate areas. One side was chain link, the other side was chicken wire. They went above and beyond for the back fence, they replaced the back fence and even cut down some trees that had grown into the fence. While they were there, our neighbor even asked for a quote for their fence!"

"My first reaction was to replace the fence new posts, rails and wire. Cincy Fence Repair came out determined that with the exception of 1 post and 1 rail the fence was sound except some wire. the post and rail would be replaced and new wire. A big saving against a new fence. The work was completed in a day. An addition to the rebuilt fence Dig Defense was install at the base of the wire, ( a first time using this product for CFR, a few snags from roots but in general the were installed in 1/2 a day) Both men were true craftsmen and hauled away all trash. The dog loves it's new boundary. Pricing was very reasonable and work ethic of both men was excellent."

"Project was completed within the time frame specified. They completed a custom Japanese style front that looks great and I have had 'drive-bys' asking about it. Removed old chain link fence and hedges that became ingrained in the fences. Gave advise on staining and care of the fence and were flexible in work schedule. Two very minor things were that a couple of boards were missing bottom nails and the several small scraps were left behind."
