"On April 5, 2024 we received an estimate from M&H preservations for $2500 to replace our front porch steps. We agreed to this amount and we were then told that Matt would get in touch with us when he was able to do the project. On May 2, 2024 the steps were started at that time we paid half of the $2500 due. Due to rain delays and other projects for M&Hpreservations the steps report roughly around May 7, 2024 at that time we paid the remainder of the 2500. When the steps were being poured we were at work so my sister who lives across the street gave Matt the check. When Jeff got home from work of course he noticed the steps and what a great job M&H preservations had done then he noticed the sidewalk next to the driveway had been damaged. With a cement truck poured the steps the driver drove on the sidewalk causing the sidewalk to crack into several sections and creating a small valley where the water now puddles. It was early June when I contacted Matt to tell him about the damage and what could be done to fix it? He told me that he would come by and look at the damage never heard anything from him so about a week later I try to contact him again at that time he told me that he hadn’t gone by the house. He also told me that he didn’t know who the truck driver was that he needed to talk to. I tried a third time to contact him no response. By this time I was done with him and I let Jeff talk to him. Just got in contact with Matt and told him that the cement truck damage the sidewalk and what could be done to fix the problem.Matt once again told Jeff that he would have to get in contact with the driver. Couple weeks later Jeff try to get in contact with Matt spoke to him about the situation and at one point Jeff even offered to help. Now it is September and with winter right around the corner our sidewalk is still damaged."

They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

Gave us an estimate began within 2 days and completed job. 5☆ finished job. Very professional, very respectful of property, kept working site very clean from beginning to finished. Will diffiently use them again very soon. Would highly recommend this Company."
