We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. "I was promptly greeted by a 3-man crew (2 staff and an apprentice). They spent a significant amount of time diagnosing my issue at no cost (running a camera, tracing it, and digging out the end of my drain pipe). Then they ran an auger to clear the line and once again used the camera to ensure it was clear. They even cleaned up and hauled away the clogged material. They did great work and their customer service was top notch!"
