"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service that I received from CSI, and I would recommend this company to anyone in Kentucky who is having issues with the their home's foundation or issues with any type of leaks in your basement. "Josh did a great job for my mother-in-law. We hired him to finish the steps on the 2 story deck & replace a fence at the front of her house & a rail from driveway up to front door. He finished ahead of schedule & even took time to fine sand both rails so she wouldn’t have to worry about splinters. I would definitely recommend him! "

"Hired them to pour a concrete pad. Pad was poured 2 months ago, & the quote included removing the forms as well as putting the dirt back around the pad. I've been told repeatedly that they would come back & finish, still haven't come back after 2 months. Texts & phone calls are ignored."
