"Mr. Workman did renovations on a full bath and the powder room. Both rooms had rotted floors under the toilets, so that all had to be torn out and repaired The full bath needed drywall repair and painting. He installed a glass shower door on the tub and installed tile trim around the existing tub walls. He tiled the floor and painted the whole room and installed a new light fixture. The Powder room had a totally rotted floor under the toilet. He tiled the floor and the walls up to about 4'. He painted the ceiling where it had water damage from leaks on the floor above. He repaired the existing wallpaper above the new tile."

"Steve was the second estimate we got for repairing the roof.  He asked if we had any extra shingles, which would reduce the cost of the repair significantly.  Thankfully we did, and Steve had his roofer, Joe, come the next day to do the repair.  Joe was quick and resourceful, using some of the existing shingles to augment what we had left over.  Apparently he did a great job as we don't have any water leaking issues and it looks great. <br />"

"They replaced my front door along with replacing the surrounding OSB that was rotten.  They put up new OSB and covered it in Tyvek and put in new sidelights and front door.  The workers were professional and showed up to do the work then they said they would.  The project was completed in a timely manner and they stayed true to their estimate.  I would definitely hire them for future projects. <br />"
